This type of food lyophilizer uses low temperature cold storage + vacuum drying box. It is also a traditional food vacuum lyophilizer type. Its working mode is that the pre-freezing and drying stages are separated, and the products need to be pre-frozen by supporting low temperature cold storage, and then manually transferred to the vacuum drying box (temperature control range: normal temperature to 120 degrees) for drying.

Advantages: Shorten the pre-freezing time, low equipment cost;

Disadvantages: shelf plate quality selection of aluminum, can not meet the needs of food processing, drying stage directly heating, product freeze drying effect is general, suitable for some low-end food freeze drying processing.
